Gossip in Frankfurt

With a sold out show at Frankfurt’s Jahrhunderhalle, Gossip kicked off their 2010 German tour. Beth Ditto made a very vibrant performance with many personal little stories.

She really knew how to interact with the crowd and get them to their feet. Of course “Heavy Cross” stood out in the setlist. But another very noticable moment took place when Beth climbed over the barriers and walked bare-footed (!) through the audience to the sound board while continuing to sing. What a great guesture to finish a show!

• Can you guess the reason why the break right before the encore took so long?
  Yes, she really went to take a sh… inbetween the show.
• Now we know everthing about Beth having herpes …
• Beth’s cousin lives in Frankfurt. He was forced on stage and introduced to the crowd. Poor guy.
